My location was changed last minute. The first location was right down the road from my house and the second one was about 20 minutes. I ordered a dolly and there wasn't one. The location didn't really seem to know what they were doing and they did not tell me I had a mile limit. Overall I just wasn't impressed with my U-haul experience.

Have dolly's on hand!
DAVID BI had an appointment to pick up the truck at 8:00. When I arrived they said they were not able to rent out the truck until 9:00. I had taken an uber there, and had no other way to leave, just to come back. The attendent then said someone would be there at 8:30 and could rent the truck. Why schedule an appointment at this location for 8:00 am if they are unable to rent the truck until 8:30.
