It would be helpful to be able to link a rental to an account. Our rental ended up kind of messed up and they had a few issues when we called to extend the rental one day.

Gas gauge incorrect and somehow they wanted to charge me 20 dollars for gas. For 29 miles which was actually 27 scam. Need to have gas gauge all correct i shouldnt have to document my gas

Was overcharged told that my card charged a hold fee when called was told no was not given back the hold fee and was charged the deposit even though records show deposit was returned but was not

This location was not the suppose to be the drop off point but I knew I could come back from Denver and drop it off here. I could not find any help when I was out in Denver so I had to pull it all the way back to Wichita.

And, the reviews were spot on--the personnel at this location were knowledgeable, and very helpful to us, as we were unsure where to return our equipment, but did not feel the location that was assigned would work well for us. The wonderful people at this location advised us correctly, and we were able to take the trailer here and drop it off easily. The staff was professional, thorough, quick and pleasant.
