I called the number given to me and was answered by someone who sounded either high or asleep. "Hi?" "Hi, Im calling to let you know you that I'm in wichita and on my way to return the u-haul" Silence for a moment "okay" then they hung up on me. When I got there the shop was empty and door locked. Looking though the window inside the building was an empty shelf and a booth in the corner. It looked like no one had worked there is a good while. I got the u-haul app and self checked myself in and put the keys in the outside drop-box.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisIt occurs to me that completely automating the process leads to a lapse in oversight. Someone should have checked this vehicle before turning it over. At the very least they should have confirmed the equipment included the dolly I paid to rent.

Yolanda AThe app is very poor quality and hard to use so if a person is doing any after hours pick up or drop off then be very careful because I could not get the app to work for drop off and finally by the time the app was able to work it showed me as dripping off at 12:01 so then I was charged for a whole nother day and I'm not to sure what other charges came from that and now late fee and then late fee for not paying the extra amount and my credit being effected do to this app just not working properly plus what ever pictures are used to check in or out with are not stored on the app so what ever it is the drop off place determines to say u owe for extra gas you can not even prove that is not the case and the gas was left with the same that it was picked up with so the app is a very poor quality for the costumer renting the uhaul
