My pick up appointment was at 9am. When I arrived at 9am, the place was closed. When I called the phone number listed multiple times there was no answer. And when prompted to press 0 to speak to a person, the recorded message said that is an invalid selection. Then I called uhaul directly, and again no answer. The location finally opened about 9:20 am, after I had left the location. Once I finally was able to gain access to the place, the young lady that assisted in the rental agreement and contract and keys, was extremely helpful and very kind. She gets a 5star rating, but uhaul gets a 2 star.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisMr MC's was a great experience. Friendly and efficient with the pickup of a trailer. And while you are waiting there are a million things to shop around for and a soul food menu to die for.
Matthew GStore in a bad location, the business was dirty. This location was not my choice when I made the reservation.
Timothy HMr. Mc’s Market gets what is dropped off or sent to them. The tow dolly passenger side ratchet wouldn’t disengage to unwind the strap. Neither when I picked it up, nor when I was trying to get the car off.
Christopher BVery nice gentleman (sorry I didn’t get his name) worked at a steady pace being the only employee there and super friendly.
