Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe key pickup boxes were not in an obvious location and did not come with any signs, which delayed my pickup significantly. They were bolted to a telephone pole in the corner of the parking lot.
Gianna WThe only thing that needs to be improved is there needs to be a sign that indicates the pick up boxes better The return boxes is pointed out very well with a large sign the pick up boxes. You barely can identify unless you are seriously looking.
Trevyn WThe customer service rep at the counter figured everything out and explained everything clearly.
ANDREW DWe will be doing in person pickup next time. The mobile check in and check out is very annoying.
