Truck had electrical issues. Location was unhelpful with those issues. Location didn't have the reserved furniture pads and appliance dolly. Had to go to another location for pads. Had to rent a dolly from a home improvement store.

Clerk behind the counter had no idea there was a truck reserved and thought it wasn't there.i spent 30 minutes inside the store waiting for the only clerk inside of the building to figure out what they were doing while taking care of customers at the same time.
