The process for mobile check-in/pick-up was problematic and I had to call for assistance, which made the pick-up lengthy. The vehicle had a lot of damage to it. In particular, there was damage to the driver's door, which made it difficult to open and close. It also resulted in a lot of wind noise coming into the cab while driving on the highway.

JONATHAN SI don’t remember her name but it was at the 5435 Richmond road Williamsburg va 23188 locations and she was absolutely wonderful, very helpful finding the place as it was tucked behind a restaurant, her customer service was extraordinary, and I will most definitely be using her and her partners place of business from now on, no more ace hardware uhaul dealers for me, this was by far the BEST experience I have ever had renting a uhaul truck. Please please reach out to her between the hours of 9 am and 2 pm they are closed on the weekends, the phone number is 757-941-5622. I have never wanted to submit a review before today her excellence is worth saying something
