Did not have all of the requested equipment and was billed for the entire amount with no adjustment and was told once I got to the drop off location to contact him for further assistance. Upon reaching that location of drop off still was unable to get my refund for equipment that was not received to help with my move.

Have trucks that aren't junk. Our truck ran like crap, had a check engine light on and was very noisy

The place I rented the truck from was great no problem there. I will not be recommending uhaul in general. I was charged double the rate I was quoted. I reserved the trailer for 10 hours and was quoted 41 dollars and some change. 6 hours into my rental I received a text from uhaul saying the trailer needed to be returned by 8pm. 4 hours short of what it was reserved for. The following day I was debited an additional 41 dollars and some change on top of what I had already paid. Not happy or satisfied with uhaul at all.

I paid over $70 for the use of your truck for 1hour I understand the $19.99 for the use of the truck but I only went less than 50 miles and I feel like the mileage rates are outrageously high

The Uhaul was infested with roaches. My husband had to bomb the truck with Rid A bug before we could place our furniture in the truck. Customer serv6 was not polite about it nor did he try to assist with the issue. I will be reaching out and taking this as far as I can. What a terrible experience.

I gave my credit card. He put the charges on my bank account. Where it locked it up. Then it went through my lgfcu account the 1st and it's still pending on my Discover card! Double charging is illegal..
