The guy we rented it from cancelled our reservation and re-input our request and charged us $500 more than our reservation was quoting . We agued with him but we we're on a time line so bit the bullet. He was trying to tell us that the price quoted was a estimate, which I believe is a lie. Because when I returned the truck after the move the guy in Idaho said he honors the quote given. I will try to call and see if U-Haul will make this right. I have further needs for renting and this response will determine if it will be from U-Haul or another truck rental company

I was told to have the truck back by 8 AM. I was told the location would be open by 8 AM when I arrived. It was not open and they don’t actually open till 9 AM. I had to end up doing the Mobil return

Stacy DI have rented a 5x8 trailer from this location many times, because I like the gentleman I rent from (Richard). They use to have the swing door trailers, which suits my needs. Now they have just 1 trailer that is old, ugly, worn out and has a pull up door that requires prying from the top to get closed. Get that trailer off the market and replace with a new, better design (swing door) trailer. Otherwise all is good.
