over charged, over priced. I used the u-haul for 2 hours and somehow I paid $166 that is absolutely insane and over priced.

Sharon KThe guy we rented it from cancelled our reservation and re-input our request and charged us $500 more than our reservation was quoting . We agued with him but we we're on a time line so bit the bullet. He was trying to tell us that the price quoted was a estimate, which I believe is a lie. Because when I returned the truck after the move the guy in Idaho said he honors the quote given. I will try to call and see if U-Haul will make this right. I have further needs for renting and this response will determine if it will be from U-Haul or another truck rental company
Steven EI was told to have the truck back by 8 AM. I was told the location would be open by 8 AM when I arrived. It was not open and they don’t actually open till 9 AM. I had to end up doing the Mobil return
Erica HThey didn’t offer to unhook the trailer like most other places, and they were unwilling to give me receipt right away. Poor service.
