CHRIS NThe tow dolly was broken, which caused my car to slip off, and I almost lost my car because of it. I was given money to cover a front-end alignment for my car because of the damage. Then, after I dropped off the truck, another $25.30 was taken from my payment. I need an explanation for why that additional amount was deducted, especially considering the issues caused by the broken tow dolly.
MCKELA STrailer was a piece of you know what. Had to call roadside service Before I left on the trip. If you’re going to rent equipment they need to service and maintain it. Would not rent from U-Haul again
