When I arrived even though it was a Mobil pick up we still had to contact the owners of the lot. Which took 15 minutes. The engine light came on as I was headed to load the truck. We finished with the truck early went to take it back. Couldn't get in the lot! Tried contacting the owners to get the code to gate for over 25 minutes even texted them. So we left, we were needing our vehicle back that was locked in the gate. Which caused us to put more miles on the truck going back to the address and back again to drop the truck off. The owner messaged me 2 hrs later with the code. Not a good way to be running a business. I have to now pay for miles that were unnecessary!!!
