I returned my uhaul rental 2,5 hours after I picked up the truck. The owner of the gas station wasnt there to close out the rental, so the associate assisting me stated the owner would close out when she could. Owner closed the rental the next morning, resulting in me paying an additional $30 for no fault of my own. Would not recommend location.

No one was there just dropped truck off. No indication of where to put truck and had to call to verify return and they had not processed it 16 hours later. Phone customer service helped me resolve issue
JEFFREY CI have been charged $25:00 for cleaning. The truck was returned exactly the way we received it. We didn’t eat, drink, or smoked in the track , there were no trash left anywhere. I don’t understand why they did that.

John APersonally, I do not think this location should have a U-Haul business. It’s a gas station. They’re not competent to be a U-Haul center.
