We dropped the truck off THE SAME NIGHT. This location is 8 minutes from the house we moved into. We took it back after we unloaded the truck that morning. It was around 8pm that we dropped it off. We stopped at the gas station before hand and filled the tank back. And then let it next to anither truck in the lot. AND THIS LOCATION IS SAYING WE DROPPED IT OFF LATE!!!! Thankfully we took pictures of the gauge and where we left the truck on an iphone and we can prove exactly what time and the location of where the truck was dropped. The pictures we have clearly show a NIGHTTIME drop off but this location says we dropped it off at 10:14 in the morning. This location should not be allowed to sell uhauls if they are going to lie on customers! We have been charged $90 which is ridiculous when we're in the process of moving. We already had to dish out nearly $200 for the truck and now another $90 because they want to lie? This experience was terrible and i will not be using uhaul again. And if you check my records you can see i have used yall many times. When we move again we will find ANYONE else before we touch uhaul again. And all we were given was 80 miles for all these headaches.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe mobile check in was terrible. We had a really hard time taking the locks off as well to retrieve and drop off the key. The online drop off wouldn’t give me all of the information for properly dropping keys off either. I had to chat with an agent to make sure I wasn’t overcharged for time
