My invoice is currently in dispute with your management team because I was charged 2 days of rental for equipment that I only had for 8 hours. Even the customer service rep agreed with me to escalate the case because the agent at the store put that it was a 6 hour rental even though we were told that we could return the equipment at anytime overnight as they had another customer who needed it in the morning. There was no mention of 6 hours in our discussion. I would not recommend this location. Also the pick up point was changed 3 times, causing Extra chargeable milage. Manager May call me to follow up. I had a 26 ft truck. I would question whether there was any suspension on this truck at all. It was the most uncomfortable and rough ride in my life. The staff at the location was very satisfactory, however the equipment was horrible.EDWARDA S.

I rented a cargo van and the side mirrors were terribly dirty. That was very disappointing since the side mirrors r the main source over the rear view mirror and I was doing highway driving. I went back into the store to ask for some winded to clean the mirrors but everyone was busy and there was a line up so I had to leave. Otherwise the van was very clean. I cleaned the windows when I filled up with gas. The return was smooth and the young man was friendly and helpful.HANNAHJEAN M.
The service overall was great but the truck is a piece of crap,it rodel ike a lumber wagon and the roof leaked on us all the was home.It rained for two days we were on the road.Some of our things at the back door got wet too.Very dtssapointed it had no cruise control.Also very noisy,couldn't even hear the radio. I rented an appliance Dolly along with a trailer. The strap on the appliance dolly was broken and not long enough to work as it should. I raised the issue with the representative and they took the dolly rental off my bill. I wasn't expecting a freeby as I raised the issue so the next customer would be stuck as well. U-Haul has an entire system set up to only be able to provide customers with excuses. I reserved online a trailer to pick up on Friday at 5025 Walker Road, I waited 30+ minutes for someone to help me. Then was told that â€œTrafficâ€ changed my location to 2890 Dougall Road. This was inconvenient but a mistake is a mistake (not intentional). It would have been polite to receive an email or a call that my location changed. Then, as I was leaving U-Haul I got waved down by the employee that my rental is going to be available at the 1508 Walker road location. Which was 20 minutes out of my way, with my 4 year old in the car for over an hour by the time I arrived at this location. When I went to pay, the employee told me that the price I for the trailer I reserved was $5/day more than what I reserved it for. Salt on the wounds... I had to drive further, get sent on a trip to get the rental trailer to find out I was being charged more for it. I was very frustrated and feel bad for the employees that work at U-Haul. They have to deal with the upset people that are victims of U-Hauls games.DAVIDA P.
