My experience was not good at all. When I planned to pick up the truck I had asked for TV boxes which I was told would be available upon pickup. Then a few days later I received a promotional call and was told I would be paying less money per mile to pick up at a different location. The employee did not mention it was not a U-Haul location. I WAS NOT comfortable giving my credit card and ID information to a random convenience store worker. He failed to process my payment multiple times and it took multiple attempts. He had to call for help and when I asked for TV boxes he didn't have any. I had to drive the truck to another location to get the boxes and I had to pay for the mileage to and from the separate location. Overall the truck was great but it needs to be communicated that it was not a U-Haul location because it made me extremely uncomfortable. It also should be noted when I placed my reservation that I requested TV boxes and if I choose to pick up from this location I should pick the boxes up separately.

David CThe vehicle only had 1/8 tank of gas and the rear right tire only had 28 psi of air when they need to be 80psi the stickers said. Kind of ridiculous that I had to essentially do maintenance for the vehicle upon claiming it. The guy working the desk was super nice though and got us out the door and onto moving which is the goal for this whole thing so his kindness and skill bumped it up to an average overall rating.
