Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI had an issue while picking up the vehicle. It took a long time because your computer system was slow and he could not scan my drivers license. It took more than half an hour to resolve the issue. I still haven't received the refund on my credit card. It should have been immediately after I returned the vehicle.
S. PI’ve have charged for two days where I’ve only rented for one day and I didn’t rent a dolly and they’ve charged for 2 dolleys. Which is very poor and I need my refund
PRADEEP KI was disappointed in fact that I went to Walker Rd to return truck & was told I had to bring back to original store. I was compensated after an hr of figuring out things with them. A lot of time of my time wasted on a beautiful Sunday.
