I was told the cost was 101.00, but because I used my debit card he charged me an extra 85.00 Was told I would get the 85.00 back when i returned the vehicle, never got that back but charged another 14.00 Almost 1.00 per km is excessive, never told i had to pay mileage. Rented a dolly and I asked the gentleman if he could please put it in the truck. Said well you can do it! Never showed me how to open and lock the rear door., I put the dolly in, thought i Locked the door, but wasnt properly locked, dolly fell out on my way!!! Imagine that could have flown out into someones car or windshield????? When I returned the guy spent 20 minutes on the phone with other employee, not knowing what to do!!
Elaine DToo bad the first trailer that I rented from the Regent location wasn't in as good of shape. Bare wiring blew the fuse on my car and they still felt the need to charge me a full days rental when I returned it the same day I took it out. Customer service at the rental line tells me it's not their problem. Makes me think twice about using Uhaul again!
URSULA BAdvertising your vehicles as $20 a day is insane when the actual bill is closer to $200
Daniel MMy biggest issue is that I was called a few days before and told that I wasn't able to have the truck for the two days.I had reserved, three weeks to a month prior. I was also informed that the truck I wanted a 15 foot truck was available. But at a different location than the one I reserved it at.I have 2 co-workers with similar problems happening with them. Luckily it worked out in the end
