One hiccup: when I arrived to pick up the truck, the location was closed. I had received no communication that they would not be open. Fortunately, when I called the High Point headquarters, they were able to tell me how to use the app to complete the transaction, get the keys, and obtain the vehicle. The passenger-side mirror would not maintain position, but I was able to rig up spacers and bungee cords to make it usable. I later received a call from the owner/manager apologizing for my not having been contacted about how to pick up the truck. He thought his assistant had contacted me. The truck was pretty new, less than 7 000 miles, and very clean in both the cab and the cargo area. It ran well. Drop off could not be easier. In spite of the miscommunication regarding pickup, I would use this location again.

I cannot answer the remaining questions as the shop was closed when I returned it
David SI didn't fill it up to 3/4 tank but I put gas in it and it was 1/2 tank (not less) when I returned it. I am positive of that.

Doug SHello, I didn’t get the dolly, I had to wait 2 hours to get the truck, it was dirty and really bad service, I got charge for stuff I did not get it. It was a bad experience.
