This location is unacceptable. It’s an auto customization shop with minimal U-Haul knowledge and zero supplies/materials. It is not the location I reserved online (but was switched last minute by U-Haul)

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisDidn't want to take the time to do post inspection of vehicle, wanted me to do a night drop during business hours, at 415 pm.
Roland TVery Pleased with the service and owner was very helpful
Karl BOne hiccup: when I arrived to pick up the truck, the location was closed. I had received no communication that they would not be open. Fortunately, when I called the High Point headquarters, they were able to tell me how to use the app to complete the transaction, get the keys, and obtain the vehicle. The passenger-side mirror would not maintain position, but I was able to rig up spacers and bungee cords to make it usable. I later received a call from the owner/manager apologizing for my not having been contacted about how to pick up the truck. He thought his assistant had contacted me. The truck was pretty new, less than 7,000 miles, and very clean in both the cab and the cargo area. It ran well. Drop off could not be easier. In spite of the miscommunication regarding pickup, I would use this location again.
George MI cannot answer the remaining questions as the shop was closed when I returned it
