Eric CThe individual in the main office was unfriendly and seemed annoyed when I asked for a printed receipt of drop-off confirmation - which I didn't get. He told me to go to the back lot where someone would help. After waiting for ~10 minutes with no assistance my friend walked to the main office to inquire as to why nobody was there to help. Once again he was annoyed that she was interfering with his lunch. When the employee in the back lot appeared he asked me to back the tow dolly up. When I told him that I would not he got combative. He finally unhitched the tow dolly and dragged it into a grassy area. I would not again ever return any equipment to this location.
Donald PTruck was old. The people running the store didn’t seem to know what they were doing and were completely unhelpful. No dollies. Mobile check-in still took 25 minutes even though I was the only U-Haul customer. U-Haul seemed more like a side hustle; they are running the operation at a junk store.
