Rental was all ready prior to me arriving. Rental individuals were helpful and knowledgeable.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisBoth tires on the front were so bad, I didn't feel comfortable driving the truck. That truck never should have been put on the road, and it put my life at risk
Thomas AThe location is fine. However the issue is it’s 1.5 hours away from where I was contracted to pick up the auto transport. Meaning a 3 hour round trip to get a unit the day before we were scheduled to move. I was appalled over this. Doubly appalled because the day prior I was told I would be able to pick it up just 45 minutes from the Schofield location. The $100 credit didn’t pay for our time and gas to get the unit. It wasn’t even close. I’m very frustrated.
Tricia NTakes way too long on site with all the required photos
Martin KThere internet does not work inside the store. I had to go outside to accept the terms on my phone.
