I reserved a truck plus 2 dollies and on the morning of my move in was told they had no dollies and was told the only option was to buy a dolly. The rep didn't even call around to other locations. I purchased a shoulder dolly that I didn't even use and was told today that due to some system error, I can't receive a refund. Waiting for a resolution from the manager Tristan.

The manager was very rude that was located in Rome ga on shatter ave. Very inconvenient when needs assistance for something that yalls system messed up.want be using again. I paid $169 for a 20ft box truck and then had to pay $174 for a smaller box truck the next day which was the 15ft box truck just because the system didn’t enter the address I was going to and dropping off.
Breanna PPain in the ass fully automated system with no live person to help. Never go there again.
Chris WBrakes had worn out brake pads. Truck box leaked badly ruining my furniture in a rain storm.
Scott SI am still waiting for uhaul transportation to return my call…transportation moved my reservation and it cost me 18 miles round trip that my original location would not have cost me. In addition, I waived safe mode $15….when you transferred my reservation it reappeared costing me the $15. There is at least $30 (not including extra gas) I should not be paying. Not this locations fault, but I need transportation to call me back.
