U Haul and the Yampa location should be avoided at all cost. I know they can be the only game in town, but damn, what an awful way to run a business.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI ordered a truck for steamboat springs pick up. A day prior Uhaul calls and tells me to pick up in Yampa . The guys in yampa were very nice and professional HOWEVER there was some Online mix up they were not expecting me and it took an hour and a half to get the truck . Changing locations for pickup high is 38 minutes away from My original pick up location was NOT expected or appreciated. Uhaul -zero stars Yampa - 5 stars
Barbara GThey didn't have the 15' truck we reserved or the car carrier. They did rent us a 20' truck for the price of the 15' but we had to go clear to Yampa co. To pick up the car carrier
CINDY AMarker lights on trailer had loose connection, lights flickered for 2100 miles
Scott SThe location was convenient but the clerk had no idea what to do when we arrived and barely spoke English. Showed me a laptop and pointed at it -until I realized I needed to point at my last name for the drop off. THEN, luckily my son was with me and he backed up the trailer, parked it and held it up in the air while I drove off as there was no help at the location and my son was smart enough to go get rocks and keep the trailer from rolling.
