It was not acceptable that you say you have trucks at a location then when you call me to confirm you send me an hour away because that location doesn't have trucks. That cost me $150 because I was late getting home and I had set the movers to be there but the hour to pick up and and hour back instead of 20 minutes. Then that screwed up my schedule so the truck was late and you charged me an extra day fee. I will go get a truck somewhere else if I ever move again

I was charged over $400 for a truck and a car dolly. Which by the way sucks up more miles pulling a car. Which is the reason I went over on the milage. That was another $58. The initial cost alone was enough to break me to the point I couldn't refill the tank but I was told I'd get my $100 dollar deposit back at drop off. So I thought I'd get gas with the deposit money. But no. They have to mail it to me. Then don't tell me otherwise when I'm renting it initially. And to top it off you got me pulled over by the police because one of the lights on the car dolly were out. I would like a refund immediately. And there was nobody at the drop off location to help me with any questions or concerns I had. Never picking uhaul ever again.!
GERALD JThe inside of the U-Haul was filthy. The whole U-Haul leaked terribly and ruined two mattresses.

Kent WThe whole rental process was easy but I would suggest that the truck have a full tank of gas to start with instead of being almost empty. This way it can be returned with a full tank.
