Marina Mget that app fixed so your customers don't go around in a loop at the end of the whole pickup process delaying their trip having to text then get a call back for customer service which costs a half an hour of stress when you want to get on the road right away in the morning. I had to use the actual web page in a browser to complete the pickup and drop off. and I was only able to use chrome not any other browser. so other browser support is needed as well as fixing the app. the other issue is I wanted another pickup location near me and was forced to go out of my way 30 min to get the truck when there were plenty of trucks in my town 5min away. this was baffling to me. as I checked afterwords and saw so many trucks just sitting there where I originally wanted to get the truck. I'm glad you had a person at the drop off location I used in Stamford, I also got charged 15 dollars for God knows what at the end of my transaction even though I put more gas in the truck than I started off with. this was not pleasant either it's a real shame you guys have some problems here in all this and I think there can be too much automation really. customer service on phone was good if make them much easier to get to btw. and more available you provide a needed service but the customer experience has some rough edges. last note more vans would be nice. I wanted a 10ft truck and was forced to go 15 but really I wanted a van as I was traveling through some dense corridors on the east coast and didn't want the hassle of a huge truck but did want van size cargo capacity and easier maneuvering in nyc and ct areas. hope you guys get some stuff fixed because the service is valuable.
