Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisAngel did Great!
Art GI was told directly in answer to my question of when my card would be charged that it is ONLY A HOLD now and WOULD BE CHARGED ON THE OTHER END when I turned the truck in. That is what the person on the phone told me when I reserved the truck as well. That is not what happened. It's okay to charge on the front end. Just tell me that. It is dishonest to do otherwise. The young man was also quite curt throughout the transaction; his manner felt condescending. For cleanliness, location, and ease of getting to the truck, I'd rate it a 5*. The condescending attitude was the disappointment.
jean AGreat customer service, George and Angel were great!: friendly and professional. Previous rental customer was late in returning the truck, but George was in communication regarding its eta for pickup. I would highly recommend U Stor It.
YVONNE REverything was perfect.
