Sean MInside the cab and in the back there was black sticky stuff in the seat, steering wheel and on the floor in the back. (Looked like roofing tar) They apologized and said they’d report it. It never should have been rented out looking that way. Disappointed but like the women I dealt with
Carlene RGreat service. Nice friendly people.
michelle eI have rented from this location before. I have no problem with their service. The issue is with the condition of the truck. It was the worst maintained vehicle I have ever rented. There was some kind of tar on the seat, steering wheel doors and even the key ring. I had the agent take pictures of the vehicle. I expected some sort of discount or refund on the rental but this was not the case. I am very disappointed with this situation. I may have to look elsewhere the next time a need to rent a truck.
