Does this rack lock onto the hitch? I didn't see a lock onto the car.

The clamp that attaches the bike to the frame seems to endlessly tighten I never arrive at the point where it is tightening. What am I doing wrong?

You may return any merchandise that is in new condition including original packaging and accessories or merchandise found to be defective within 30 days of delivery of your order. We are currently unable to accept returns of opened items, or items returned more than 30 days after delivery date.
