Better directions about where trucks are located. Some are in front, others in the back of the location. I had to call customer support because I was picking up before the location opened. I use the app and it was a nightmare at pick up. I had to call customer support again because of the app not working. So, a simple app that should take 5 minutes to complete took over 45 minutes to complete. At this point im ready to go with a different carrier! I do this mission every October to bring Christmas presents to the children on reservations in North Dakota. This is a huge project and having problems just aggravates me to leading to changes. I had traveled 36 minutes to get the vehicle and for it to take over 45 minutes to pick up was just unacceptable! The app should allow me to put in my license and charge card prior to pick up and then just at pick up to verify information not have to scan, wait, scan, wait, try to find vehicle. It was not a great experience at all
