Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThis company owns 2 locations next to each other. Very confusing when dropping off a 26" truck.
zachariah rNo parking... Service was great and helpfull but...for a less than 4 hour rental, we could not leave our car. So we had no option but to find public parking elsewhere and walk several blocks both ways to pick up and drop off truck. Not convenient!
Justin VThe girls were very nice but messed up my appointment time, showed up there at 3 and nobody was there which s when I had set an appointment. I called about 20 times that day and the next and finally got a call back. I rented a space and a U-haul which were both fine. I took a picture of the gas and the miles at the time that I left and I was charged $10.00 of gas when I drove 2 miles! I was not told that gas would be $5.00 a gallon she said it was less. I also was charged for 4 miles and I have a picture that was only 2 miles.
