Truck was not clean when we picked it up. We had to sweep out the box and the cab was dirty and smelled like smoke. Roger was helpful finding a drop off location and getting me a couple of extra miles to drop it off.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisIt was just a drop off location no office
Chad AAdd a big sign at your Blanchard OK location. The office location is hard to find and is mistaken by the location where the trucks are stored. This situation of trucks stored in one place and the office in another location is confusing and when one is moving could waste time. Other than that, the service was excellent. Thanks
Alejandro RWe had to take rental back early after hours because of conflicts and were charged $25 ?? Shouldn’t have been charged extra but should’ve received $25 for having cargo area clean as it states in contract ???
Kenneth BThank you for excellent customer services
