They didn't seem to care about the rear marker lights working. The wires were cut when I picked up the trailer. The front tire straps came off about 5 times, even when the strap was centered on the tire and installed properly.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisStewart's performance needs put signage on the doors! The 2 Front doors locked. Later saw doors further down on the side. No signage on them either. I lost a half hour time & was 30 mins late meeting 4 movers. I still had to pay them that 30mins they waited on me. Didnt finish.
Kimberly PPLEASE TELL THE RENTER WHERE EVER THEIR DROP OFF POINT IS TO BE SURE TO CHECK AND MAKE SURE THEY ACCEPT WHATEVER TYPE OF RENTAL THEY HAVE. THAT WAY YOU CAN AVOID ANY KIND OF INCONVENIENCES.
