Jack was great! He got my reservation done quickly and accurately the equipment was clean and looked like it's brand new. He explained everything and was there to welcome me back up on my return 2 Days later. Highly recommend

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisDetails upfront would have better helped me navigate the pickup. I had trouble finding the keybox and the access code went away and I was having trouble getting the key. The owner was very kind and helpful, but if it was before or after hours it would have been difficult to do.
CRYSTAL LA hidden gem of a location! Easy in and out.
Glen MThe area needs to be maintained, as it is not safe to park vehicles in areas where the grass is excessively tall. The overgrown grass could conceal animals, such as snakes, creating a potential safety hazard. Additionally, the trucks should be kept clean at all times. Paperwork left behind by previous drivers should be removed, and open drink containers should not be left inside the vehicles.
EMILIO BVery easy to work with.
