Rented a 4x7 trailer to move a 42 inch lawn tractor. Your trailer is only 39 inches wide. Waste of my money and time.

I arrived at 10:30 and the person who was in charge wasn't there. I had to wait for them to arrive. This pushed my project back. Wasn't happy.

We were not told this location did not open until 9:00am. We Made the reservation through Uhaul Copperfield. They called to inform us that we would need to pick it up from another location. We were fine with that but assumed the hours would be the same. We showed up at 8:30 then saw the sign that said they didn’t open until 9:00. A little inconvenient because we had volunteers waiting on us. Other than that it was a good experience

CLOSE THIS LOCATION - THIS IS UNCLEAN, UNKEPT, UNINVITING, and INEFFICIENT. THEY DID NOT CHECK IN THE EQUIPMENT RENTAL UNTIL ORIGINATING LOCATION CALLED ME LOOKING FOR THE EQUIPMENT AND I HAD TO INFORM THEM TWICE THAT THE GUY HAS IT. Then this guy tried to state there were damages and hint of "costs" since I hadn't got the insurance. Creepy. all around the environment, the person - DO NOT GO HERE-

Horrible location with no concrete, only mud and pot holes. Run down and dirty building and difficult to find what or if there is an office. Turns out it is in a filthy run down old house.

Inside the trucks trailer was clean. Inside the cabin of the truck was infested with fire ants. Didn't realize it until we got on the road from Houston to Dallas. Had to stop and buy bug spray just so we wouldn't get eaten up on the four hour trip. Then we had to smell the bug spray the whole time.
