Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisEasy pickup. Friendly & helpful staff. Truck was clean.
Jan pThe U-Haul was not clean when I picked it up. It contained personal items and trash left behind by the previous renter. I removed all of the items and cleaned it out myself. I was not responsible for leaving these items in the U-Haul. Please make sure the equipment is properly inspected and cleaned between rentals.
Kevin Atop off the gas before dropping it off. I have the receipt and a photo of gas tank gauge with clearly shows 7/8 but whoever checked, it reported wrongly and I was charged extra.. unnecessary mistake which causes stress and time to make a phone call and to get refunded
firooz kSo so much better. The last went out of her way to help us because I didn't have the app to return it. That really should change on your end. Not everyone has a smart phone!!
