This was the best UHaul vehicle I have ever rented. It was perfect for my moving needs. The van was super clean, the radio and all other features were amazing and the steering radius was incredible. The staff at Rocky's, namely Hannah, was super helpful and very professional. Job well done. I will definitely come back to this loaction

ANDREW NEasy pickup. Friendly & helpful staff. Truck was clean.
Jan pThe U-Haul was not clean when I picked it up. It contained personal items and trash left behind by the previous renter. I removed all of the items and cleaned it out myself. I was not responsible for leaving these items in the U-Haul. Please make sure the equipment is properly inspected and cleaned between rentals.
Kevin Atop off the gas before dropping it off. I have the receipt and a photo of gas tank gauge with clearly shows 7/8 but whoever checked, it reported wrongly and I was charged extra.. unnecessary mistake which causes stress and time to make a phone call and to get refunded
