Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisEverything was great; my only complaint is the price—very high when you add everything else in.
cesar oThe gas tank was not as full as indicated- service provider at that location told me she'd entered it in herself- it appears she had the choice to err on the side of the customer or the business, and chose the business. She told me I could take it up with the people at my return.
BRANDY PWe reserved our box truck 3 weeks in advance. When we arrived at the original location (which was NOT Jeff's Self Storage) to pick it up, a cargo van was waiting for us. Now granted, we called and they got it cleared up pretty quickly. However, this meant starting our move later than anticipated and involved driving to a different location (which WAS Jeff's Self Storage and that was a fine location and everything was OK once we were there) to pick up the truck that should have been waiting for us at the agreed upon pickup spot. Calling, rearranging, fighting for the right vehicle and then going to a different place to get it was not part of the plans and not something that you want to deal with when you're already under the stress of moving. Never rented from Uhaul before and I have mixed feelings about this experience. Once we got the box truck, everything was fine, worked well, clean, etc.
