This rental location is Excellent, however, the online Check-In process is HORRIBLE. I spent over 20 minutes sitting in my car trying to check in, so that I could get the truck key. Thank god the office was open so I could ask the guy to help me. If he wasn't there, I would not have been able to get the key. I will never rent from this location again, only because of the terrible Uhaul website.

Cynthia CTruck and trailer were dirty. Trail was full of dust and soil and inner cabinet cup holders were dirty with spills from liquids. I you guys expect to receive it clean give it clean to your customers.
