Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisExtremely unorganized. Unfriendly really had no clue what they were doing that we had to get someone’s personal phone number to call them and wait around for them rather than being able to check in and give the keys at our correct reservation time.

harish SVery poor service. Rented over the phone with no explanation on the return. Did not know I had to download the uhaul app and create an account to do the return. Also had to wait almost 30 min to actually rent the trailer
Rick DThis was NOT the location selected. It was changed the day before and caused me to have to drive 90 mins to get the trailer versus the 30 mins from the original location.
