Very poor service. Rented over the phone with no explanation on the return. Did not know I had to download the uhaul app and create an account to do the return. Also had to wait almost 30 min to actually rent the trailer
Rick DThis was NOT the location selected. It was changed the day before and caused me to have to drive 90 mins to get the trailer versus the 30 mins from the original location.

Greg GThis location is also the local bar, while I was trying to get things done with the woman working there she would stop what she was doing with my rental on the computer to deal with a customer at the vendor. Poor customer service to me and made me feel like I was an annoyance to her business. After she processed my rental, she told me to go hookup the trailer to my truck and that she would be right out to take a required photo of the trailer. After waiting 5 minutes or more, I went back in to the bar and asked if she was coming and she told me that she had forgotten about me.
