I've never had an agent "change" the agreement from my reservation that cost me ~$40 more. I went in thinking $19 for the day and .45 per mile. I drove 62 miles. My charge would have been ~$65 instead it was a flat $100. Shame on me for "assuming" what I requested online for the reservation would be the agreement I would sign. This is an easy fix. You deal with it because my next rental will be from Penske.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisHaving 5/16 of a gas tank when I picked the truck up meant the first task was getting gas, not the best way to start a move. Secondly, this is nothing to do with the location but the app failed. So miserably when trying to return the truck it took 45 minutes and a call to customer service, customer service was helpful but still a waste of my time.
mark CThe Uhaul we had was leaking, would’ve been nice to know ahead of time. Otherwise everything else was easy and seamless.
Alexis BGetting out of parking lot was tricky
Ann GVery slow and complicated process to pay and pick-up the truck in-person. Would not recommend, look into self serve option.
