I have been here once before and said I will not come back but forgot about it! Worst ever, so slow, waited more than 40 minutes even with the reservation that was made in advance! And then they sent me out to get the truck, no truck on the lot! I came back in and they sent me to a different lot 4 min away driving!! What if I came with uber to the location!! Then the truck was deep in the sand, couldn't get it out so the guy had to come and do it, so waited another 20 minutes. I mean the guy was apologizing but that doesn't change the fact they don't know what they are doing and that they took almost 2 hrs of my time to just get the truck

junior cI am submitting a complaint regarding the morning employee working around noon. She was hostile and visibly agitated when I tried booking a 6:00 PM truck in person, forcing me to walk away and reserve it on the app. When I returned the truck, I approached her again, but her dismissive attitude hadn't changed. She said she would send someone to assist, but I couldn't trust her word and ended up completing the return via the app myself. A competent employee would have suggested the app initially to save time. I only came to this gas station because of its proximity to my house, but doing business here is far from a respectable or pleasant experience.
