The drop off location was excellent, however it was too far from my house. I drove right past another drop off location which I wasn't allowed to use.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisNo personnel available. Had to do mobile check in and out and not told ahead of time. Was in pouring rain on check out which is quite a process
Lisa aGreat guy helping me out, easy process and far away from traffic.
Mark SThis is a tricky one to answer. This was a dropoff without an attendant. The app was great, there was excellent cell coverage, and it worked very well for me. But the location is a little bit rough looking, and there are no people there. That gives a bit of a strange vibe for the return, and I could imagine that if someone was returning a rental after dark, it would feel a little concerning.
Carlo ZEasy to use mobile app at this location. No staff needed.
