Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe site on first check looks abandoned theh you are dircted to the back garage to check the truck then back again to the front to get the key. It needs to be more organized
Omar DThe key I had was for a new vehicle and did not fit in the key return and I had to leave it hiding under the lid where any one could take it.
Toni GEasy and quick. Both out and in!
TIMOTHY RIt's a little rough around the edges as far as a pickup location. The truck was in another lot and there was no walk around to identify damage or the truck condition. We had to document that ourselves before leaving the location.
