Would be nice if you had handicap units on first floor. Im on a very fixed income, so can't afford first floor so I am upstairs, staurs are going to be a killer. Will I be covered if I fall on stairs?

The thing I don't understand is when I got the U-Haul truck and move my things I have put $100 deposit down. They told me they would not need all the money and they took all of my money of my mycard
I rented a 10 X 10 X 10 storage and it was in two separate units. Even though they were next to each other I had trouble getting the small amount of furniture into them both. Also now two locks.

Amarillo - 6th Street location. Need CSR at the counter at all times. 2-3 customers waiting for person to show up - they're performing outside work instead.

Never could reach a person at the location, always got a person at a call center. Emailed the manager, never got a response. Raised my rent after being a customer for 2 years due to renovations made.
These guys are great!
Will use them again in the near future if ever needed
