I made reservations for a truck and self storage unit rental with the first month free. The unit issued to me was not in any condition safe nor secure. The door was jammed and severely damaged to where the was no good use for the unit. When I called to be issued a new unit I was charged when issued a replacement unit.

While at the customer counter, (Sharon) I believe was her name provided poor service. I was in the process of getting a free 1 month storage unit that Uhaul graciously provided. She began to ask for alternate contact names, number and additional address. I was puzzled by the requested information as this information was given at time of rental. During one point of this conversation: (Sharon), stated " There is a storage company next door, that may not require as much information that I am requesting. You can try them if you like " Needless to say, I didn't make a switch to another company due to time constraints. My suggestion to this location. Do Better!
