My in store experience was beyond challenging. There was one person working when store opened and many customers in line. He did his best to juggle things but faced many challenges with computer systems. Eventually another employee showed up, perhaps a mgr and to put it bluntly, an unprofessional self absorbed man. Came in ranting about almost being killed in an accident. He continued going on and on for the 2+ hours I was there. The original employee did his best but he was able to complete the steps for my rental of a Ubox. He needed the other persons help and that help was anything but helpful. He would tell him what to do, it wouldn’t work. This went on and on until finally he took the two steps to that work station clicked a few things and walked away. Helping ppl who came in long after I did. He steps back to his station and the individual working with me tried again with different unsuccessful results. This fiasco went on for over an hour. Other than the young man helping me apologizing over and over and remaining pleasant and professional I would rate this as less than zero stars. One of the worst customer service experiences in my life. The one I think was a mgr should be fired. Horrible service, behavior and frankly not a good human. It should not take hours to rent a box. I counted 10 ppl who came in after me and were out the door long before me. HORRENDOUS experience
