Johnny H | Overall ExperienceLarry Graham was super helpful and very kind. He made our move in and move out days seamless and easy and brought tons of positive energy. This facility has multiple units of different sizes, we were able to pull our truck by the door for loading and unloading, and we had access to two full size carts for moving both times. Thank you, Larry!

laura h | Overall ExperienceMoved my things in 2/26/2023 at 3:45 pm, The staff (who I never got her name), a lady who “working” this particular day, I saw sleeping in a rental vehicle when I arrived. Went inside the lobby and wasn’t greeted by anyone, called the store while I was inside and still no one showed up. When the lady (who was sleeping) finally woke, she was grumpy and told me the store was closing at 4pm, the sign on door said 5pm close on Sunday. The storage unit & locks were dilapidated and not very clean. I’m worried about my storage items being kept cleaned & pest free. All in all the experience at this location was not well received and after I get my things out, I’ll avoid this location at all cost and advise others do the same. 0/5 stars if possible.
