Wade A | Overall ExperienceEverything was going really nice and smooth, until the operation manager came the last day and talked to me rude!! I don't appreciate that!!! She charged me 220 dollars just for one day!! And then the other thing...I rented a truck the last day, I checked the gas and it was not totally full, so I returned it the same way it was, and they charged me 9 more dollars for that as well!! I think that's personal!!! I don't recommend this place unless they fire that white mean lady!!!

The gentleman at this location made the process flawless! I'm glad I picked this location!

Elizabeth M | ReservationYes I did move some stuff in and there was no lighting on the 3rd Floor. I tried calling the office while I was there but didn't have a good signal. We had to use our flashlights on our cell phones. I've been meaning to call back but have been so busy. I will be bringing more stuff this week and hope this issue has been fixed. Thank you! Sue Hall
