The garage doors don't work consistently. Sometimes the sensors aren't working or even the manual buttons don't work. Otherwise, I had no other issues renting from this facility.

I can only imagine all that your staff contends with on a daily basis but all the times I e been in the store for dupplies they are all helpful. I’ve been through so many ups & downs, after the death of my mother, with trying to move to another state. I initially was hoping to hire a mover to do it all. But choices are very limited in Billings. Now that you provide so many moving options I’ll choose U-Haul from the beginning, if I have to move again. Thanks again Jessica.
