Tieshea T. | Overall ExperienceThis facility kept my things secure but also had homeless people frequently staying inside of the storage facility. On our move out day we saw a couple bringing suitcases into the storage facility and no one from Uhaul did anything about it. I am thankful for having the space to store my things for a few months but based on this experience I most likely will not be back.
Bryan N. | Overall ExperienceMouse/ roach poison traps all over, door not securely shut, elevator dirty, tiny, and full of cobwebs, and storage rooms not secure. I never ended up moving my stuff in because the space was not safe.

Bryan N. | First ImpressionsWell firstly I moved out of my storage on 3/1/23 and it's says I moved out on the 5th which is not true at all . They tried to charge me for the month and a late fee when I was already moved out . Move in was okay but when I was alone in the facility days later their was a clearly drunk and high man walking around watching me . The door to the building does not close unless you slam it shut . The unit is big but not clean and it's open at the top so literally anyone can break in if they climbed over it . I was told I would be given a lock which I paid for and there was no lock inside my unit when I arrived . Elevator has been broken for weeks so imagine trying to move out going down 3 flights of steps alone with spiders right above you're head . Overall not a great experience and I'd only rent again if I absolutely had to .
